Return Policy

It can happen that you would like to return an order you received. This is only possible within the specified return period of 14 days. You must send an email to info@kimmelien.com along with your name, order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Your return will be processed within 14 days of receipt, and the refund will be arranged.

Return Conditions

• For hygiene reasons earrings and scrunchies cannot be returned.

• Both the shipping costs and the shipping risk for a return are at your own expense.

• We only accept unworn, undamaged, and clean jewelry. Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

• If the product or packaging is more damaged than necessary to resell the product, we will charge you for the depreciation in value. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure the items are securely packaged upon return.

• Upon receipt of the return, we will refund the due amount for the items within 14 days using the same payment method you chose. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Is the received order incorrect or has an item arrived damaged? Please contact us at info@kimmelien.com. Be sure to include your name, order number, the item, and optionally a photo of the defect.
