Shipping policy

What are the shipping costs?

All our parcels are sent as normal parcels with a tracking number (Track & Trace). In the UK, parcels are delivered by Royal Mail.

  • UK shipping costs: €14,99 (around £12.89)

  • Europe shipping - Netherlands: from €3.95

  • Europe shipping - Belgium): from €8.95

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 working days, with the exception of pre-orders. Once dispatched, UK orders typically arrive in one to two weeks due to the overseas shipping and customs. The costs of the customs are for the buyer and need to be paid before delivery.

From the moment we hand your parcel over to the postal service, we cannot be held liable for any delays incurred by the delivery carrier.
